* 5M+ skill points, verified through www.ineve.net

* Be available for voice interview and MUST use voice for Fleet Ops (TS as appropriate to alliance rules)
* Commitment to support the group (your gang, fleet, corp and alliance) in order to have fun
* Pass our simple background check, and take our ceremonial oath

* Our PvPers are self-sufficient, and respect our industrialists
* To gain mutual respect, our industrialists are pledged to help defend their space (many have a PvP "alt")
* You don't need to park your industrial alt in Empire to join ORIT, but we do expect you to defend our space, and
* We avoid all prejudices by our insatiable appetite for Having Fun. Drunkswarm Fleets are encouraged, and open to all Races and Occupations able to fly a disposable ship.
